Twenty years of making operations work, in one of the most demanding industries there is.

I spent two decades in high-end musical instrument manufacturing and quality management. That industry doesn't forgive imprecision. The people who build those instruments care deeply about craft, and the systems that support them have to be just as intentional.

Over that time, I've been on both sides of the table. I've been the individual contributor who thought they knew better. I've been the leader trying to earn buy-in from the people who hold the institutional knowledge. I understand what it takes to build processes that people actually follow, because they make sense, not because they're mandated.
